As a Colorado native and proud Erie resident for nearly sixteen years, I bring both local knowledge and genuine passion to every real estate experience. Whether helping a client purchase their first home, sell a property, build new construction, or explore investment opportunities, I am committed to guiding them through the process with clarity, professionalism, and care.

In addition to working with buyers and sellers, I am also a real estate investor, specializing in short-term rentals. This experience provides valuable insight into the investment side of the market and allows me to help clients recognize opportunities that align with their long-term goals.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active in my community through volunteering and local involvement. At home, life is full with my husband and our four children, who keep things lively and constantly evolving as they pursue their own interests and paths. I also enjoy spending time outdoors camping, gardening, reading, and taking on DIY and home improvement projects.

• He is a native Coloradoan from the Boulder County area (go Buffs!) but has spent time living in Los Angeles and Mexico, where he met his wife (and now rapidly learning to be fluent in Spanish!). He and his wife have a retriever mix together and the family loves hiking, skiing, reading, and traveling.

Sue Thomson has been buying and selling real estate in CO since 1992. She's been a licensed Realtor since 2018. She's a Mom to 5 kids and 4 grand kids.  You may recognize her out and about educating families on how to clean without chemicals.  She specializes in Divorce and Real Estate and loves empowering women with confidence and knowledge in the buying or selling process. She's a savvy negotiator, business strategist and always puts her client’s needs above all else. Her highest values are integrity, trust and honesty. Her free time revolves around kids, grandkids, walks around the lake and spending time with friends.
