For years, our team was proud to be part of Due South Realty. We greatly value the relationships we built there and the lessons we learned. But there is a time when getting kicked out of the nest needs to happen, so we've decided on a new direction!
Welcome to the True North Group. Why "True North"? In navigation, True North is the fixed point on the globe—it never changes, no matter where you are standing, and is the guide that points your compass. It is also a Moral Compass. To our team, True North represents: Unwavering Ethics, Upstanding Character and Morality, and being Steadfast on Principles.
As I've been looking at the changing real estate landscape, I've been concerned about: the increased consolidation in our industry, new and more robust technology, and a rather challenging economic environment. In times like these, it is beneficial to have a community and a company that is actively and creatively thinking about how to navigate this environment. I believe LPT Realty is uniquely positioned to help the True North Group as a team, as agents, and enable us to better serve our clientele. I used Andy to sell a home that was completely refurbished in Old Town Erie. Andy was present during the restoration process and understood that this was a unique property that would appeal to a specific demographic. He did an outstanding job of marketing the home and negotiated a selling price that was commensurate with fair market value. I would not hesitate to use Andy again. He is very knowledgable about the area and is located in Erie which is a big benefit when you need to reach him.
